The resource will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fire fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire doors fire exits, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors) Even minimal experience in the fire fighting field is required.
The resource, placed within the Purchasing division, will have to give support in the following activities:
- Scouting new suppliers;
- Bid requests, negotiation and order issuance
- Verification of goods receipt and passive billing;
- Updating supplier information;
- Order Filing;
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Previous experience, however brief, in similar role preferred;
- Aptitude for teamwork.
Good negotiation and communication skills, proactivity and analytical skills complete the profile.
Nice to have: computer skills (hardware and software installation) and fair knowledge of English.
We are looking for a resource with at least 1 year of Revit modeling experience who will be placed on a team already working using the BIM system but still undergoing training; one task of the resource will be to help the team with development. The following skills are required:
- Develop the 3D model of the project,
- Extract the relevant 2D documentation and proceed with data extrapolation,
- Compilation of parameters and their updating,
- WBS development,
- Update and development of content such as libraries and standards;
- Analyze Navisworks interference reports and extrapolate any metric calculations
The resource will be responsible for Installation and maintenance of civil and industrial mechanical systems. Previous experience in the job as a plumbing worker and the following characteristics are required:
- Utmost seriousness
- Good attitude to teamwork;
- Good skills in flexibility, dynamism and accuracy;
- Possible experience in 'thermal insulation (not essential);
