Revamping production department of spray and aerosol dispensing devices produced in clean room (ISO 7 and ISO 8) and intended for the pharma market consisting of increasing the production area, from 1,650 m2 to 2,300 m2.
The expansion includes the installation of new air handling units (Q = 65,000 m3/h) serving the departments, the installation of air-cooled refrigeration unit and the expansion of the existing heating network.
The modification work on the existing facilities was carried out in several stages during the scheduled vacation shutdowns so as not to impact normal production.
The work was completed with the upgrade of the BMS (Building Management System) supervision system and commissioning of the entire plant in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Department.
