The works in question concerned the construction and plant upgrading of the basement floor and some specific rooms of the U-POWER STADIUM (Brianteo Stadium of A.C. Monza) and more specifically:
- Construction of a ventilation and primary air renewal system for the locker room and office area
- Realization of new false ceiling in the locker rooms and adjacent spaces
- Realization of new rooms used for television studios, flash interviews and Press Room
- Identification of a bar area under the Stadium grandstand and redevelopment of an Executive Room and technical office with the identification of new rooms
- Modification of the concept and expansion of the Press Room
- Realization of a new Conference Room
- Realization of new rooms used as GOS.
- Installation of a direct expansion VRF system with heat recovery to serve the new premises Conference Room, TV studios, Press Room and office premises
- Installation of a direct expansion VRF system to serve new GOS premises
